Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Printing Your Box's website and services. By placing an order or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by them.

Orders & approvals

Production begins only after you approve the digital proof / 3D mockup in writing (reply to your proof email). We follow the approved artwork exactly; please double-check spelling, colors, and dimensions before approving — we can't accept returns for errors in approved artwork.

Pricing & payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Standard terms are 50% deposit on order, 50% before shipping; this may vary by project and will be stated on your quote.

Production & lead time

Standard production is 7–10 business days from artwork approval, plus shipping. Rush production is available on request.

Color & print variance

Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen or printed proofs due to differences in monitors, substrates, and press runs. Variations of up to ±10% in color, position, and size are standard industry tolerance.

Shipping, risk, & damage

Risk passes to you on delivery. We insure every shipment; please report any transit damage within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your artwork. You confirm you have the right to print anything you send us. We retain rights to our structural templates and dielines.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We're not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
